1.The thicker the hydraulic hose protector spiral, the more wear-resistant?
This is not true, because the preferred abrasion resistance depends on the composition and properties of the material. Orientflex is an ideal wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material made of modified PP. It is chemically stable, harder than PE and has a higher melting point. Therefore, the spiral protection sleeve produced by PP has absolute hardness, high strength (generally 85~90 degrees Shore) and high wear resistance, although it does not have corresponding thickness.
2.Abrasion resistance has nothing to do with the good or bad of hose protection, and will not improve with the quality.
Original PP package, due to its light weight, stable chemical properties, non-toxic and non-hazardous characteristics, the surface of the protective cover made smooth, no bubbles, no material loss, no cracks and burrs. With 100% original packaging, the wear resistance is improved by 10% and the anti-aging performance is 5 years. On the contrary, small shell products mixed with a lot of recycled materials, not only uneven, toxic and harmful, but also noisy, the same number of meters is much heavier than the quality hose protector.
3.Orientflex is equipped with modern production equipment and advanced testing instruments, and manufactured by loose winding qualitative extrusion process. This production line makes the quality of the protector more stable and the data more accurate. The elasticity is increased by 20% (room temperature tensile strength is 25-30MPa) and it is not easy to break.
