Whether the wear resistance depends on the material rather than the thickness, under a certain surface pressure, after continuous grinding for N hours, observe the thickness of the wear, and judge the advantages and disadvantages in turn. We use the modified polypropylene material, under the surface pressure of 1.9Mpa, continuous grinding for 1000 km or 415 hours only wear 0.5mm, wear resistance, you can rest assured.
Spiral protective sleeve oil resistance test:
The protective cover is immersed in a mixture of 70# gasoline and 10% toluene for 5 minutes. If no discoloration or stickiness occurs, the quality is qualified; otherwise, the protective sleeve is inferior and unqualified. Our products have been rigorously tested and completely free from discoloration and adhesion.
Spiral protective sleeve high temperature performance test:
In an environment of 80 ° C for 1 hour, room temperature for 0.5 hour, -40 ° C for 1 hour, room temperature for 0.5 hour, for one cycle, continuously for 4 cycles. Observe that if the spiral protective cover has no cracking, stickiness, depression, etc., it is high quality; otherwise, it is inferior and unqualified. Our samples showed no cracking, deformation, stickiness or dents.
